J’adore la qualité du produit mais côté service me laisse perplexe. Etant donner que l’étiquette avait été créer le jeudi, dimanche j l’était inquiète de ne pas savoir où se trouvait le colis je vous ai contacter dimanche pour me dire qu’il était partie depuis le jeudi, lundi en ayant pas de nouvelle je contact UPS pour me dire qu’il n’ont aucunement le colis en mais donc je vous recontacte pour en savoir plus pour me dire que le colis était partie depuis vendredi apres midi et après vous me contacter pour me dire qu’UPS avait mon colis en mais alors qu’en fait selon le scan il venait d’arriver à un point d’accès et après un scan comme quoi le transport a recuper le colis pour l’apporter au point de service. Ça aurait été plus simple de me dire que vous alliez porter le colis que le lundi et j’aurais été moin inquiétéa savoir où se trouvait le colis pendant 4 jours . Mais pour vos produit vous avez vraiment une belle qualité ☺️
